Evidence before emotion
How to preserve what matters when the instinct is to respond in public.
Outrage is understandable. Screenshots without metadata are not a preservation plan.
We counsel clients to capture URLs, timestamps, archive copies, and witness accounts before content disappears—and before well-meaning deletions destroy the chain of custody.
Emotion belongs in the client’s experience. It does not belong in the first public statement. Separating those tracks is how brands recover without creating a second problem.
